today is the second to the last saturday until the sem break. i can't believe i've actually been in law school for around four months already. it's also the third week of bar exams. we're supposed to go to sheraton hotel again to help out with the mass for the barristers, but i'm still thinking if i'm going because i haven't studied yet for anything! i've been slacking off the whole week, and now i'm getting worried. if i don't get to pass the bar, however (assuming i'll make it to next sem), i'll probably blame it on myself that i didn't earn "karma points" by helping out with the bar operations when i was in law school.

i tried to volunteer in consti class again yesterday by the way, but apparently, my teacher just doesn't want me to recite. i said a few lines, and he let someone else discuss the case. the only time he actually called me was during our very first session of class (or was it second?), when i gave a one-liner and then he let me sit. i still couldn't understand how our teachers' minds work. and maybe i shouldn't even try.

i have new pictures from my lomo camera, i can't wait to get them developed. i still haven't bought the holga, lomurello or flash. i actually think about it everyday. i'm that pathetic. lomo released a new camera, which i'm not planning to buy, but it just looks so cute and sophisticated i have to post it here:

last night, we went to penguin cafe (at remedios circle, malate) for the lomo exhibit. i submitted my pictures along with more than 40 other people. the place was really nice, with an artsy fartsy effect. i enjoyed looking at the pictures, which complemented the place.

i've spent more than 30 minutes trying to see what this friendster thing is all about. i've been browsing people's pages in my network and i kept stumbling upon familiar faces. it sort of proves the six degree connection theory, that we are all connected with everyone else on earth through six people at the most. it's a convenient way to meet new people and re-establish connection with old friends. it's actually irc/icq all over again, though. the same people who used to chat in irc are even the same people in my network. it makes me feel like i'm back in my high school era again, which has been over for almost five years now.

i haven't studied the whole weekend. last friday, we ate at pizza hut with chi, grace, mia and neil. we were supposed to go to power plant but we weren't able to do so due to unforeseen circumstances that can only happen to me. we stayed in pizza hut till past 11 pm ranting about law school and the people we hate. hehe. yesterday, i played badminton in the morning with neil then went to the exhibit in the pm. earlier, i went to church, ate out and went shopping. all i read the whole weekend is bernas' annotation for article 4, sec. VIII of the philippine constitution. i think i'd better go study.
