now i realize it's a sin to get sick while in law school this is the second day i missed school [technically, it's the first, since our labor teacher yesterday was absent. apparently, she was sick also. yay!], because i'm down with the flu. my lowest temperature for the past 3 days has been 38, i look all flushed because i feel warm, my mouth tastes bitter already because of all the medicines i've been taking, i've spread mucus all around the house thanks to my cough/colds, and i can't even get my ass off my room because my body just feels too weak to even go around the house. ARGH. a break from law school would be nice, but not in this way. i'm bored out of my wits, always looking at my phone, waiting for messages from the outside world. and thinking about all the lessons i have to make up for makes me feel more stressful. i couldn't even study much because i get terrible headaches every now and then.

'reminds me of the time i had dengue back in second year college. except that i had dextrose back then and i got really bad rashes a few days later.

i probably won't go to school tomorrow yet. i don't think i'm ready to carry a large bag with me through two flights of stairs and be stuck in an abnormally cold classroom, while literally developing a stomachache for fear of getting called for recit.

by the way, tomorrow's the last day of encomium/baci, the cafe/resto in katipunan. they're closing the place down again [the first time was last year, i think] too bad i won't be able to eat there anymore, since i can't go there tomorrow anyway. :( i'm going to miss all their dishes, especially their desserts. well, all good things come to an end.
